One of the reasons Balsamiq can keep it costs down on our products is because we standardize everything. Thus, no need for legal teams. We standardize our EULAs and never negotiate them. Our EULA has been agreed to by all these companies.
The Balsamiq End User License Agreement (EULA) covers all products sold by Balsamiq Studios, LLC.

The license is intentionally very similar to the Atlassian End User License Agreement, which you likely have already agreed to.
The only open source code used by Balsamiq Products is the Flex SDK, which is soon to be open-sourced: details here.
